I'm Lauren, owner and lead organizer of Sort & Simplify, and I combine my kindergarten teaching background with professional organizing expertise to create sustainable systems for busy Nashville families.

As a natural organizer and former teacher, I spent years creating classroom systems that young children could independently follow. That same philosophy drives Sort & Simplify today—if a kindergartener can maintain a system, so can your family.

My teaching experience taught me that organization isn't about perfection; it's about creating intentional, functional systems that work with how people actually live.

I understand how busy life can be and how keeping your home organized often falls to the bottom of the list. Coming home to a disorganized house adds unnecessary stress to your everyday life, but finding the time to get organized and stay that way can feel overwhelming.
